just so we're clear and there's no confusion. my father is an asshole. sometimes he's a nice asshole but he's still an asshole. and with regards to me loving him and him being my father, the correct conjuction to use is 'because', not 'and'. please also note that one of the two statements, i.e the former, cannot exist independently.
